Trimble C3 5

Hi
I need help with my Trimble C3 5" total station.
The problem is that the total station in the first position displays the vertical angle as if the telescope is in the second position.
Does anyone have system files for this station? Maybe the problem is in calibration files.
Serial number is E050695.
